Every piece is made to order, so allow 5–7 business days for production, with delivery landing 10-12 days from when you order. It's longer than most online orders — that's the honest cost of making each piece by hand, only after you've asked for it.

Only if we've made a mistake — a fault, a damaged piece, or the wrong size sent from our end. Because everything is made to order specifically for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We confirm your size with you before production begins, so please reply to that message carefully.

Within 24 hours of placing it, yes — just email us. After production has started, we can't cancel.

Dry clean only. Never machine wash. Store it flat or on a padded hanger, and keep it away from anything that could snag the embellishment. Treated well, these pieces last for years.

That's the handmade part. Every piece is hand-embellished, so small variations in placement and finish are natural — it's what makes yours yours, not a defect.
